B&B prices are per person per night.
Apartment prices are for night in a standard 3-person occupancy.
 Short stays of 1 or 2 nights have an additional cost.  

Access of B&B guests to the apartments and apartements guest to rooms b&b is forbitten.

Cancellations:

Conditions for cancellation: having to cancel a reservation, arriving a few days late or leaving early is never pleasant for either party. In case of partial or full cancellation of your reservation we retain the deposit. The following penalties are also applied to total booked services Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code):

Cancellation and penality:

up  to 60 days in advance 0% , any management fees will apply;

from 40 to 30 days in advance 40%;

 from 29 to 15 days in advance 60%;

from 14 to 0 days in advance 90% of total cost of the reserved rooms/apartments!!

Except different terms written on confirmations mail!

Only written and confirmed cancellations will be considered valid.

Unfortunately the SARS-CoV-2 and Covid-19 pandemic has been with us for some time, we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance since from now on we will only accept cancellations if the Italian State orders total closure or the Garni Miriam is closed due to epidemic events!

Insurance:

Before a trip begins, something can always happen. Deposit insurance gives you financial security. According to CEE regulations, delayed arrival, cancellation or interruption of your stay may result in a penalty for you. To avoid these expenses, we suggest obtaining trip cancellation insurance so the insurance company assumes the costs mentioned above.
